The Approach
Deploi supported Cullinan Studio with an extended presence embedded with the team. Following training and instruction in the use of the custom Revit template Deploi provided planning and strategic guidance. Deploi built the initial model, provided on the job coaching to team members and modelled all the challenging geometry to allow the team to progress on programme.
Due to the resultant composition of a new build addition, the re-cladding of the existing building and the glazed atrium between them the scheme essentially included three complete cladding systems. The re-clad employed thousands of terracotta baguettes in a rainscreen arrangement while the new build proposals called for curtain walling and the atrium was finished in structural glazing.
