Deploi was brought on board to guide JHA through the implementation of BIM for one particular large, complex and prestigious project, namely the conversion of the world famous Smithfield Market for the future use by and for the Museum of London. This challenging project featured the combination of multiple BIM survey models, three different architectural practices and a complex brief and demanding programme.
